Lenox Financial Mortgage Corporation group of websites and governs data collection and usage. By using the Lenox/WesLend website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

Lenox/WesLend collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Lenox/WesLend also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. We do not share your information with outside companies for their promotional use. We do not track URLs or web use outside of our owned and operated websites, nor do we track you across the Internet once you leave our site.

Contact information, and user data/patterns may be used to ensure customer satisfaction, and to operate the Lenox Financial Mortgage Corporation group of websites and offer you our products and services.

Use of Data

The only data used for direct response, which serve as a form of communication to the user is information collected with your permission and awareness.

Lenox/WesLend collects and uses your personal information to deliver the services you have requested. Lenox/WesLend also uses your personal information to inform you of other products or services available from Lenox/WesLend. Once you opt out, you will be permanently opted out of all Lenox Financial Home Loans promotions, and additional services. Your contact information will be removed from our databases and you will not receive contact information from any sales representatives or customer relationship services.

You will no longer receive any form of electronic communication or verbal contact from Lenox Financial Mortgage Corporation ( d/b/a WesLend Financial, WesLend Financial Corp., and WesLend Financial (FN)). Lenox Financial Mortgage Corporation and its internal affiliates (including Park Plaza Capital Escrow, and WesLend Financial Insurance Services are also subject to this agreement).
