However, the right to opt out does not apply to information about our experiences or transactions with you or your account with us. At the time of application, you may opt out by completing the Opt Out Request Form.. If you choose to Opt Out, the Opt Out Request Form must be received by the Company within 10 business days, If the Company has not received your Opt Out Request Form within this specified timeframe, your information will be disclosed as apart of the Company’s policies, business relationships with service providers and as permitted by law.
