Over the past few months, I've worked with Jean to refinance my home in the East Bay of San Francisco. I expect to sign the loan documents next week, so the journey is about complete.

The purpose of this note is to express my appreciation for Jean's courtesy and expert assistance in my refinancing process. As a result of several phone conversations and e-mail exchanges with Jean, I've become thankful for someone who is as patient and she is courteous. Jean's responses to my questions have always been concise and complete.  The refinancing process is never fun.
